Special Forces Paintball Club is a
non-profit club, therefore any
individual or landowner associated therein will not be held
responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident,
liability or cost of any kind to person(s) or property
that may occur while participating in any manner on said
properties.
All individual will be responsible for the policing of the
property in which participation occurs. All trash and general
clean up will be done before departing from said properties.
Entry at own RISK! Any person(s)
conducting themselves
in an unsafe manner or not following published rules and
regulations will be rejected from play and will be required to
leave the property.
This form will be valid for the playing year of 2012. By
signing below you will be verifying that you have read and
understand all the rules and regulations and release all and any
liability to individuals and property.
